NexGen Wafer Systems develops, manufactures, markets and services a line of unique semiconductor processing equipment for chip makers that drive our ever more powerful, smarter and reliable electronics. With the focus on single wafer equipment, we provide products that offer enabling technologies for wet chemical process applications in the manufacturing process of integrated circuits. With a footprint on 3 continents and about 65 employees in total, we are well positioned but flexible enough to service the global semicon market.

02 Your Job


  • You provide concepts and technical designs (3D/2D) for process module systems, based on modeling & calculation data

  • You make sure that the technical design meets engineering requirements (Compliance and Safety Standards, DIN)

  • You perform engineering tolerance analysis of mechanical modules

  • You work closely with our suppliers and internal departments

  • You verify and document that process module systems meet specifications

  • You are responsible for BOM creation and documentation release

  • You provide technical design support to solve problems and non-standard requests

03 Your Action


  • Technical High School

  • Work experience minimum 3 years would be desired

  • You demonstrate significant technical independence

  • You have strong design skills and an excellent knowledge with AutoCAD, Inventor (or similar CAD software)

  • You have good oral and written communication skills in German and English

  • Industrial experience with design creation of mechanical modules

  • Technical knowledge of mechanical engineering
