Nexgen Wafer Systems Team Villach

Customer Support Engineer (M/F/D).

That’s your NEX job: 

  • You are an integral part of our customer service team, maintaining and installing our systems at customer sites.

  • You spend 50-70% of your working time directly with our customers in Europe and occasionally in Asia and the USA. Your home base is Villach.

  • You conduct tool upgrades and start-ups.
  • On-site, you are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying modules, as well as defining preventive measures.
  • You generate installation and service reports.
  • You act as the liaison between our customers and the team back home.
  • You work independently only when you feel confident – until then, you always have someone who supports you!

Your Competencies.

  • Technical education in electronics, mechatronics, automation, or mechanical engineering.
  • Ideally, previous experience in technical customer support.
  • Customer and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Enjoys dedicating half of working time to travel.
  • Excellent language proficiency in both German and English.
